- Can I cancel? Anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Everything already in your Drive stays yours forever.
- What happens to my files if I stop paying? Nothing. They're ordinary files in your own Google Drive. We stop updating; we never take anything away.
- Do prices change? Founding rates are locked 12 months. Any price change comes with 30 days' notice (60 days for founding customers moving to standard).
- Do I need a Google account? Yes — the product lives in Google Drive. A free Gmail account works.
