• First subscription payment: full refund within 14 days of first charge, no questions — email support@greenintel.ai.
• Renewals: cancel anytime before renewal; no pro-rata refunds after a renewal charge, except where required by law or where the service materially failed.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle as merchant of record and land on the original payment method.
