Terms of Service

1. Who we are. The Green Intelligence Business Trust (Master's reference IT021194/2014), trading as GreenIntel ('we'). Orders are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, and their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
2. The service. Document processing on Google Drive as described on the product page. We provide the outputs described for your plan; we do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Your account & acceptable use. Accurate details; you must hold the rights to documents you process; no unlawful content; fair-use storage ceilings per plan (monitored, discussed, never surprise-billed).
4. Plans, trials, founding terms. Free plan as described, no card. 14-day full-experience trial on the first project, settling to free automatically — no auto-charge. Founding rates locked 12 months from signup for the first 50 customers; new tier features during that period included; optional add-ons priced separately; thereafter standard pricing with 60 days' notice. Otherwise prices may change with 30 days' notice, effective next renewal.
5. Your data & our access. Your documents remain yours. Outputs are delivered into Google Drive; Google is a subprocessor (see Privacy Policy). Operator access to document content is minimal: customer-initiated for support, logged, time-boxed. Customer containers are isolated per the Trust page.
6. Cancellation. Anytime; effective end of the paid period; artifacts already delivered remain yours; we cease updating thereafter.
7. Service changes & availability. Reasonable endeavours; scheduled maintenance; the free plan may be adjusted prospectively, never retroactively for stored artifacts.
